| Perkins Library's 50th Anniversary |
It was a cloudy day but a large number
of bright and sunny folks showed up to participate in the Library's Anniversary. Several
of the classic vehicles were fairly new when the library first opened April 19, 1958 with about 800 books. By the time the library
had been opened a year there were about 3000 books ready for the public to read.

Thank you for braving the dark skies and bringing your beautiful cars to the Perkins Library
