The Cimarron Starlite Cruisers' Car Club is a local group of
car enthusiasts which enjoy the hobby of building, driving and showing classic cars and trucks. The
Cimarron Starlite Cruisers promotes the family activity and hobby of Classic Car
and Truck Ownership and promotes interest and appreciation of classic cars and trucks.
The club sponsored
an annual car show from 2005 to 2017 with the proceeds going toward club-sponsored “Ditz McIlvain Scholarship Fund”
which is owned by the PerkinsTryon Public Schools. This fund provides scholarships for local students attending college. This
event produced over $78,000.00 in those thirteen years for the scholarship fund. The Cimarron Starlite Cruisers sincerely
thank all of the wonderful sponsors for their generous contributions during these thirteen years.

Thank YOU! Classic Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Owner's of Oklahoma
The Cimarron
Starlite Cruisers Car Club sincerely appreciates the many wonderful folks that shared their great classic vehicles and
their fellowship with us at the 2017 Perkins Car Show. We were truly blessed
with a wonderful day to observe classic vehicles. The 2017 Perkins Car Show helped to raise over $8000 for the Ditz McIlvain Scholarship Fund and $4280
for the POSSE which provides a great event each year for the Perkins-Tryon Senior Class after graduation.
The Stillwater Antique and Classic Car Club had the Most Club Entries again this
year! We congratulate Tom and Carol Murray of Choctaw OK and their 1957 Oldsmobile 88 for being selected as
"Best of Show". The Perkins POSSE Club along with our DJ Dale Turner did a great job of promoting this year's 50/50 POT which was $4036!

(We are at a great
loss this November 12 with the death of Dale Turner! No words seem to be right. The blessing is
that Dale was a follower of Jesus Christ and is now in heaven with Him! Dale and Nelda were the

Perkins Car Show, helping us to raise thousands of dollars for Perkins-Tryon students. We
will miss you greatly Dale Turner.)
